Cloud Sales Specialist

  • Work with & support our Cloud Solutions Manager with on boarding new partners to our CSP portal.
  • Experience selling and/or deploying Microsoft Cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Teams & Azure.
  • Experienced with CRM systems such as Dynamics or Salesforce.
  • Experience selling 3rd party Cloud Services such as Veeam, Acronis, Kaspersky, Vmware, GSuite & others is ideal.

Role Objective

Our purpose is help our resellers grow and be profitable. Objective is to grow close long term relationship with resellers to grow their business. If our resellers grow we grow.

Duties & Responsibilities

· You will be given accounts that will need to be called and prospected on to sell our Microsoft CSP Cloud and other Cloud products. This means all day to day tasks such as order entry, quotes, price & availability requests, ETA chasing and other day to day tasks of managing reseller accounts.

· 60+ calls a day

· Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators as per the company incentive scheme

· Maintain and develop existing and new customers and liaison with production, warranty and warehouse staff.

· Attend training to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

· Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, email and web.


Core Competencies with proven experience

Experience in a Selling cloud with a Distributor or Reseller is essential.

Good knowledge or experience of IT products and industry are also important.
